Wholesale Terms


Opening order minimum is $150.

Reorder minimum is $100.

Minimum of 6 per SKU for individual greeting cards.

Minimum of 4 per SKU for all other gift items.

Payment is due upon shipment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Opening orders require a credit card on file. All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Net 30 terms are considered for existing accounts in good standing.



We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by e-mail or phone with 24 hours of when your order has been placed. Please report incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please retain damaged products to facilitate a claim with the carrier. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise.



Items ship within 5-10 days of order date. Items in stock may be available for earlier delivery.



Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Should you wish for us to ship using your existing UPS or FedEx account, the account details must be provided with your purchase order. For international accounts, all shipping fees and import/ export costs are to be covered by the retailer, and are not included in the ship costs. Modern Wit is not responsible for any carrier delays. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.



Sale of Modern Wit products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram or any other online marketplace other than the buyer’s standalone website is not permitted. If you are selling online, credit to Modern Wit must be given in the product description, and suggested retail prices must be observed.



All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Box sets may not be broken up and sold individually.



We do our best to keep all of our products in stock. When a product is backordered, you will be notified and, unless otherwise directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it immediately.



Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms and we respectfully reserve the right to terminate any wholesale accounts that are not in compliance. Placement of an order will confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Thank you!
